Oh boy! I wish I could tell you. I used to think I had it figured out (and maybe I do), but the scans I have done at my gym are as confusing as my home scale!

That’s why I have always used measurements too, weight might be the same due to muscle gain and fat loss, but your measurements will go down.

I’m all in on the measurements and how my body feels. Both are great right now. Disappointed that the InBody Scan is all over the place. It says I lost 10 lbs of lean mass, gained 5 lbs of fat and jumped 3% in BF. That’s tricky to do in 40 days, right? I don’t think the old scan was that accurate. Measurements we’re about the same except my arm and leg grew and my muscles are more prominent now than a month ago 🤷🏻♂️
