This is not as bad as it would be if I did not make the commitment, 2 weeks ago, to either lifting weights or running 5 miles a day every day of the week.
So I'm happy that I was able to do that.
Now I think I have a chance at achieving some actual weight loss. I guess I am finally passed the Covid doldrums that has kept me on the couch watching TV. Now I just need to lose this 40 pounds...
