Where I hadn't been home to use my scale. I can only imagine what my weight is right now. I am trying to wait on weighing in til I know for sure by the inches lost that I had lost some pounds. I had been doubling down my workout today with stretching and cardio. I had spent 45 minutes doing that. I had slacked a bit the past couple of days even though I had done videos. I'm going home tomorrow, (I'm sad about that). I'm back on track though.
325.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm at same point. We are on a camping trip and I left scale home. I'm trying to do good and I am working out so we shall see .. I think yours will be ok!!

You get to decide how much the scale get to play a role. If it works better for you to just go for healthier eating and videos so be it. Day at a time 👍
