It seems I added some weight, but the dynamics are positive. I woke up all waterlogged, face and all, so the body weight increased.
The vitals are as follow: Fat - 35% (0.4% decrease) BMI - 24.6 (0.4 decrease) Water - 47.4% (0.2% increase)
Walked 3.4 miles this morning and feel much better, the swelling on the face and under the eyes is gone!
