I was a little confused about why my weight was up when my carbs and calories were at my goal amounts. Dare I say it’s a little bit of bloating. Not making excuses but I don’t think this gain is a fat gain. I have been vigilant (hope I used that word correctly😂) about keeping to my way of eating.

250.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Read up a bit on the digestion of food. You have 26 feet of bowel to maneuver and all kinds of outside influences. Read and learn, but just keep following your program. You could also recalculate your macros and make sure you are still on target. For me personally, if I were trying to loose weight the FS app allows me about 200 calories more than it would actually take to loose and I have a pretty active lifestyle.

Good info from Kenna. Depending on when you weighed last, 2.8 pounds is almost certainly not fat. Water weight from sodium, or perhaps a bit of inflammation. As Kenna, says, stick to your plan and you will get there.

Thank you so much for the information Kenna and Draglist. I know for a fact that I’m not nearly as active as I should be, so I’m probably having a few too many calories. When I entered my info and goals into fat secret, it suggested 1700 calories a day and I immediately thought that was ok much. Guess I’m off to do some more research.
