Got a nice 210.2 weigh in after a weight lifting workout, 11.5 hours of sleep, and then an hour on the treadmill! Whenever I get this low, I go hop on the old doctor's scale that I started weighing on. Got 207.2 on that one, so this is pretty much an all-time low for the past two years. I'm very happy with the IIFYM plan (adjusted to my recent calorie limit). Have a great Sunday. Time to EAT!

Hi Draglist - just catching up with all my buddies. How are you doing with the new IIFYM you and Kingkeld were embarking on? It looks like you are doing great and as I recall, you have increased your calories, right? I was really worried about my weight on vacation, but I kept the carbs down and only gained 3.5 pounds, so very very happy with that. Other than that ate like a pig and drank like a fish - YIPPEE!
