Had 2 slices french toast, fried potatoes and link sausage yesterday for lunch. Then some ice cream and Boom Boom Chicka Boom popcorn. Lots carbs for gain.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
