Lunch - My version of the Chinese Sesame Chicken Salad Panera used to have. Shredded iceberg & green leaf lettuce, 3-bean salad, Mandarin orange slices, 1/2 of a Tyson Southern Chicken Tender (2 oz), Raspberry-Walnut Vinaigrette and (after I cut it all up) I sprinkled on sliced almonds and roasted pumpkin seeds. Mmmm, so good!
