Well it's here...the inevitable muscle gain. For those of you just joining, once you add in an exercise regiment a small amount of weight gain is a result. Do not panic, it will dissipate in a few days. The initial gain is from muscle mass being near 3x's the weight of fat, however, the following week you should see substantial loss as muscles love to burn off fat. 😁💪💪💪
