kalo latihan beban apapun gerakannya sebisa mungkin jgn buru2 atau kejar jumlah tapi pelan2 dirasakan tiap otot yg kena apa aja. kalo latihan bench kayanya kerasa kok kalo gue sih

mgkn posisi dada kurang membusung dan belum terbentuk arch/lengkungan dipunggung shg otot dada belum bekerja maksimal saat push beban ke atas. coba buka YT Jeremy Ethier. ada tehnik bench press yg benar. posisi lengan atas jg agak turun, sikut agak dibwh dr bahu, TDK setinggi bahu.
