Well I’m back on track. I made a lunch, but forgot for the first time in over a year I’m going out with my wonderful daughter-in-law today. We always lunch on Tuesdays, but then I had gotten Ill and then Covid hit. I’ll look at the menu at work and figure out calories so there isn’t an Armageddon. So what if I don't know what "Armageddon" means? It's not the end of the world.😊🌺
