I do have sugar cravings. Been trying to clean out sugar, my inflammation receding, puffiness is down. ...heading the right direction again. Been walking again trying to reach 10000 steps .... not there yet. 8500 yesterday. But the sun came out and that was healing from the dark wet and dreary days of January.
