Did my biggest loser 2nd weigh in today, I am down 3.1 lbs since monday!! feeling good!

Not a lot really. I am eating Light yogurt or healthy cereal for breakfast, typically some kind of soup for lunch, and normal dinner. I haven't been able to breathe very well because of a cold so working out wise i just park in the very back of EVERY parking lot. I work on the 3rd floor so I take the stairs prolly about 8 times a day now. Oh and lots and lots and lots and lots of water while trying to keep my sodium levels low so i dont retain :)
