@NN, I'm doing ok. I think the drop may be stress related. I'm in Calif, taking care of my mom, who at 93 is going downhill pretty fast. I'm also helping take care of brother in-law who just had back surgery. Not really able to go to gym but certainly getting cardio in...lol

I totally understand, I just had a loss due to some stress myself. Couldn’t work out since Fri and am anxious to get back into it. Sending you strength! Don’t forget to fuel up and rest, you’re doing so much. 💖
