I am starting a changed eating protocol today. Also I hear my gym has reopened. Does anyone know where colot coding on Weight History is explained?
248.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Colors indicate how close you are to your goal weight. Red is starting, yellow is about midway, green is close to goal, and blue is close to goal and at goal.
