My water intake has been way too low. Fixing that is my goal this week🙂
257.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been bad with my water intake lately as well. 😩 That's a good goal to have. 😊

Thanks for the support CC 🙂. I just love my coffee and diet sodas. I should limit them more and triple my water. It's likely what is behind my weightloss slowing down so much.
