Day 3 of 14:10 IF. This is really shedding light on how much late night snacking I was doing and helping me take control of my eating. I'm liking it. I've been breaking my fast with various homemade shakes, all including collagen, healthy fats, and potassium. Picking up some apple cider vinegar today for its gut health properties, will add it in at night before bed.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
