I am not doing as I would like to(it seems like I am going to close the week with a Daily Average of 2000 ), but the scale is still moving) I am kind of surprised about that. it's amazing to know how much I can eat without gaining weight when I am this heavy. 😀

Hey, i have been weighing lb. 99-105 before. I was maintaining that weight with 1700 calories. That means I had to eat 1200 or less if I wanted to lose more weight. The benefits of being 116-120 is that I can eat more. But I don't want to be at this weight lol.

PS. I was lb. 115 last month too. I had a week of vacation I after that I remained eating a lot for a couple of weeks. I am getting this eating thing under control, finally 🥵. I am a shame 😐

It's crazy for taller people to imagine that 115 pounds can be overweight but I get it.

D-princess, I am pretty sure that I just need to weigh around 200 pounds to be accepted at the doctor Nowzaradan hospital 😅. And the thing is that the biggest part of my body is always my belly and back 🤦🏾♀️. And that is the bad fat.

If you are fit the scale is not the be all.

Yes, wholefoodnut. I am not longer overweight. I could stay here if I want to. But my goal is not just to be healthy. 😬
I want to feel good with clothes on, and without it. I still don't reach that point.

Whoohoo! Another one bites the dust! I also can't begin to fathum losing at your weight, but perhaps that is what a six-foot tall person would think about my weight, which I think is too much for sure! It is all perspective!! Good going!

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to poke fun at your goals. That was stupid. I'm sorry. I do get it. I was attempting to be funny. But people do that to me too and I forgot about how that makes me feel. A lady at work said she wanted 20 pounds on me. She's not me or my wife. So please accept my apology.

Not sure how tall you are Keilin. I'm 5'2" and 1200 cals is tough but guarantees a decent weight loss for me as well. This time around though, I am trying to do 1400 cals which is a tortoise like pace on the weight loss, but I am a little happier as far as meals and snacks go. AND, since your scale is moving in the right direction you are doing something right!

Yes Melissa, we are all different, different weight, height, body shape, age, etc. We also have different goals. But we are all fighting hard for it. Well some of us are not really fighting too hard(me) jaja

One point, don't worry. I am fine. I am used to those comments already 🙃😅. My goal body is close to yours. But I don't want to do the hard work you do 😕

Jassylittleone I am 4'11" and yes I will be losing this few pounds really quick if I eat 1200-1500 calories a week. But it's not an easy thing for me. 🥵Jaja

Yes, the scale is moving, so it's still a good thing. 🥰

For those of you that doesn't know me yet. I am that person complaining about her body all the time, but she does nothing about it. Just ignore me jaja 🙃

If I could be quite honest everything I have now is simply like the post about seed. I built this muscle years ago. Covered it with fat and suger. February to June trained super hard and rediciplimed my eating. Now it's just maintenance. Controlling my intakes and adjusting when the mirror is undesirable. Workout when I can which currently is twice a week with my kids being around. I maintain a 2600 SQ ft building at work and do some mowing and trimming so 10k steps is my average day 5 to 6 days a week. Everything is a potential workout that's my thought. So chasing kids counts as cardio according to my Fitbit. 120 hr.

You are right, it takes time to reach that point. You look great. I am so impatient and I have no discipline so. I have just little bit of muscle.
