Keeping my weight the same for the month of May as I not hanging out with the scale! I feel a lot better today. Got a some good sleep last night. Went home after work yesterday and hung outside with my son while DH was cutting the lawn. It doesn't take long for the grass to grow these days. I ended up raking up the grass clippings, so I got in a few more minutes of exercise! Gotta love the spring and summer weather as it makes you move more than in the winter. And I've noticed that I'm a lot lighter on the swing these days compared to last summer. My son's playset doesn't groan as much when I'm on it!!! And last summer my son would have to help me get down the slide by pushing me. And last night I just slide down like nothing! It didn't make him happy though...I was suppose to get stuck!!!
