2nd day of 30-day challenge completed. Drank 48oz water and walked 1/2 mile. Woke up at 1:25a.m. this morning and couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up. Been getting lots accomplished, but there's only so much I can do without waking the rest of the people in the house. Already drank 16 oz of water so far today. Starting to wind down, and should be able to go back to sleep soon. REMEMBER, "spring forward" this morning!
