Afternoon Binge Report - OK I have to report in because I need to journal to stop the binge eating cycle. Breakfast: Eggs, sausage patty Lunch: Chicken salad with may and butter lettuce Diet Soda - 1 20 oz bottle per day max I don't start to struggle until about 3 PM. I have a meeting at 2 and leaving at 4 to go get some floor lamps. We are selling our house and it needs some lights for living room and two bedrooms. Get home about 7 pm. The big question then is FAST or EAT. If I want to eat I will have some eggs and Canadian bacon. I don't want to binge eat while I am out running around. Why would I binge eat if I "don't want to"? Because it is painful when you want to binge but you don't. Sometimes you don't feel like you can take it anymore so you give in. I am going to try to use mindfulness techniques and journaling instead. Thanks for your support gang.

Just keep the junk out of your house, even if you have a wife and kids, they don't need to eat that stuff

When my stomach is a bottomless pit, I make cabbage soup, no meat, no fats and lots of veggies. That way I can eat as much as I want and not go over my RDI (recommended daily intake). Perhaps that would help you. Good luck on your journey!

reaching out for support is so important. Being held hostage by our impulses is not a fun place to be. Do your best! You'll get there, one day at a time.
