This blew my mind right now!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1585 kcal Fat: 79.70g | Prot: 65.24g | Carb: 159.50g.   Breakfast: Spectrum Chia Seeds, Whole Milk, Great Value Corn Flakes Cereal, Hill Country Fare Quick Oatmeal. Lunch: Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Lettuce, Mixed Nuts, Trader Joe's Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, White Rice, Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner: Tang Jamaica Drink Mix, Mortadela de Carne, Queso Parmesano (Rallado), Aguacate, Huevos Revueltos (Enteros, Cocidos), Frijoles Refritos, Pan de Grano Mixto. Snacks/Other: Tosh Whole Grain Yogurt and Cranberry Crackers. more...
