Thank you everyone so much for the encouragement. Believe me, every pound I lose is a big deal and a big effort. I do not lose weight easily. I'm on a lot of steroids and it keeps the cortisol hanging on my body. Not easy not easy not easy. I'm determined I'm determined and I'm determined. Whatever it takes. I will figure this out. I have another 90 lbs to lose. That's my final goal. I'm trying to make good food choices. And I do not want to overeat or eat junk food. Thank you all for your support.
