Morning weight after my first void. I had a 1300 calorie binge Thursday night. I’m not sure what happens to me at that moment when I binge. It’s weird, like being possessed. I had my normal dinner then the next thing I know I’ve eaten half a box of cereal in one sitting. Oh boy! 😮
196.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
