No gain from yesterday! Although I know it sometimes takes 2 days to show up. Wanted to post a weight for the first of the month. Down 8.4 pounds in September. I'm happy with that considering 5 vacation days. Hoping October will be the same or better since there are 31 days!

Thanks for the support everyone! I did eat most of the remaining Chinese food for breakfast and threw the rest of it out (gave Bobby some of the chicken after cleaning of the sauce). But I am still feeling committed and not too tempted for anything else off plan.
