Fasting weight. Did much better this weekend. Only went over 500 calories for the whole weekend as opposed to 3000. Huge accomplishment. Getting better at this.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
