TGIF!
I am in a good mood lollipop! Another 1.2 down. 57.2 overall and 47.2 since 4/1/2019. That makes for a good day! I am at my lowest weight in 6 years! The last time I was in Onederland was Oct-Dec 2012, before that maybe 2008.
My spreadsheet says I will reach Onederland by Valentine's Day. (Just in time to lose it with a big dinner LOL).
Once Budget is done in two weeks, I can add exercise back in....maybe Onederland by Dec? If it happens, YAY! If not, still YAY because I will be lower than today. :-) Right now my spreadsheet says 1lb a week. 2lbs meets the Dec goal.
Either way: I need some new clothes because everything is getting too big. Awwww Shucks!
Thankful: I love being proud of myself, as I show determination and gumption. I changed my relationship with food. I sparkle now like a bedazzled unicorn. And I love it.
Goals: Double down on the laughing, kissing, & celebrating. Fun weekend ahead. :-) Anniversary!
