Hey Keilin_4's you are just a little bit older than my grandchildren. At this point you still have good metabolism, especially chasing around three little ones. I was pretty small when I was your age. Around 110 pounds. My mother-in-law told me to stay away from starchy carbs , sugar, pasta, grains and just stick with lean meat and vegetables. I was able to maintain that weight for the next 35 to 40 years. Now and then I would have a bite of something sweet or starchy. I don't know if this helps you, but I think you're doing pretty good with the babies and with a little bit that you have to lose. You'll get there.
