Emotional, last time I was at this weight was almost 3 years ago... welcoming my 41st Birthday in September. GO KETO GO...

congrats I too will be 41 in September I went from 160 to 118 in 2 1/2 years from portion control and cutting out other crap exercising no keto for me I like a bit of carbs and sweets I need some carbs during strength training but we all have our own vices keep up the good work
