Blech!! The scale hardly moved after a week of sugar overdose. (But it HAS moved more per week than the previous THREE weeks.) Luckily it was down rather than up, but lesson learned! All week eating like a toddler at a kiddie's party is a disaster. NEVER doing that again!!
123.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
