It's not a normal weigh in day for me, but I have been on a diet (more changing to healthier eating choices) for one month today. I wanted to have a look: 3.5kg down for a month.
Thankful for the weight loss and feeling happy with the better choices I have made. (Okay there have been regular cheats and days off the wagon but this needs to sustainable for me.)
126.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
