Day 13 on MO. The weather changed twice today from sun to rain and back to sun, and we did not go to the ocean as we planned yesterday. Still went out for a walk for an hour. Was surprised by unexpected weight loss today, as I did not plan to keep losing during Thanksgiving with all the extra food and alcohol I had.
Hm, i guess i posted previous entry after midnight and they are both under the same date and in the wrong order.
