As, I took a break from exercise I decided to dry fasting the last two days (16-18 hours) My hand is better now 😊

Does the results of using a short period dry fast work intermittently, or has your body been fighting you each time you do that? Just curious.

Well, I find dry fasting easier than liquid-water fasting.

I think your dry fasting is the reason your tummy is coming along so well. I will try at least water fasting more.

I read a lill bit about the dry fasting. I think it might help the skin too. But it seems too scary to try. But I felt the same way about OMAD and that is easy as pie so I know eventually I will give it a try.

Crashtestdawnie, it's not that hard, you also can start with 10-12 hours and then 16 an so on.
