No weigh in today. I had to cut my gym time yesterday, my Hubby let his car battery died and. I played the rescuer. I'm off to the gym now to hit the circuit, the heavy bag then the tread. Have a healthy day 🙋 BTW I'm still showing deep pink on the dip stick for ketones.Yay.
