Oh my goodness. I’d pass out with such little sleep. Try to rest maybe? Or are you able? Can I ask why you get up at 2:30?

Thank you, I just ate lunch, now I am going to try to sleep, I don't know the reason why I wake up at midnight. 🤔

I wake up early, around 5 am but I get all my chores done and sometimes I even make food before work

Awwwww...I used to have problems with sleep too. But it truly boiled down to worrying at night about things in life...I’ve gotten a much better handle on it now. And I have a great bedtime ritual. It truly does help to unwind and establish a pattern. Sleep is crucial for good health. I hope you can settle for the night really soon. ❤️💤

Keilin I was waking up in the middle of the night cause of my babies, but than I was waking up cause my body got used to it, and than I was waking up cause of technology...are you using the phone/tv when you wake up at night?

Lollive you Rosio. Great pints you made. I was thinking about technology use too. It really is s hindrance. I cut it out now a minimum of 30 mins before bed. It’s made a difference and never have my cell by my bed at night. And no caffeine after noon time. I used to drink wayyyyy too much coffee. Caffeine really effected me.
