This point in my diet is painful slow. At this rate, it’ll take me a year to lose the last 22 lbs.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A year goes by regardless of what you are doing. But you are consistently working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Time to switch it up - throw your body a curve ball. Do something different for a week or two weeks. Been counting points via Weight Watchers? Do Atkins for two weeks. Have been doing the same routine at the gym? How about swimming only for two weeks? On the Keto train? How about going Vegetarian for two weeks? Or try Intermittent Fasting. Stay healthy but change things up a tad. The shock will jar your body into getting unstuck. Your body adapts and gets 'comfortable' - give it a poke. Betcha you will feel differently and see your body move out of slow poke/stall mode.

Thanks everyone! Always good advice here. Catzz2 - I think you hit the nail on the head. I need to “polk my body” (that sounds weird) our of complacency. That should get things going. Answers like yours is why I love this app. Thanks Catz!😍

Catzz2, exactly!! Had a trainer tell me that many moons ago. It works! Also have a small snack before workout, i.e. a boiled egg or a small veg. salad with lemon or lime juice, etc. and work the large muscles during workout. 👍
