May have been that I went over my net carbs. Supposed to stick to around 25 g, I had a little more at 36 g. I have been tracking everything down to the Costco samples of mozzarella sticks, and mashed cauliflower. Not worried at all. My energy levels are good and I don’t feel like I’m on a real diet. I do feel cold at night and have dry skin (could be the weather). I did this before for 100 days, and there will be stalls along the way and then one day 2 lb drops. If I stall for too long I’ll take out the food scale. Current method of measuring is by volume which isn’t the most accurate but may be good enough for now. 130 is a funny weight because I’ve never been under that naturally. Always took diet and exercise to get under.

Must be something in the air. I blew out my carbs yesterday with one plate of veggie curry and rice and a liter and a half of Makgeolli. 60+ carbs! Oye! Keep going we'll get where we want to be.

Yes, use your food scale , I was eating more of almost everything, 80-100+ calories from chicken, 40+ calories from my dry milk, 100+ calories from my homemade tortillas, etc.

Sometimes I can hold an item and close with grams.....IDK about ounces.....now a 45 pound plate.....yes I can tell you what that weighs in ounces.....

Yeah, I have to measure just about everything - still relearning portions. I think I have tablespoons down, but that's about it. I don't have a kitchen scale yet. I really should get one. Next trip into town I'll see if I can remember.

Yes! It was creamier and thicker than what I can make at home. It still has a cauliflower textured bits. It’s good for an alternative but mashed potatoes taste better. They did their best to hide the vegetable flavor with creaminess but it still screamed cauliflower.
