It sounds flat, but I am bouncing about a bit. Up and down, and up and down. Maybe getting bored 😑?
But feel good. Stress level is the same, Ihae lost 40 lbs, and need to get past this plateau.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
