On my second course of antibiotics this week so I've been literally eating everything, but tracked since Monday just to see how much it would come to and so far not too crazy. Daily average is 1870 and I'm amazed I lost a bit this week what with shark week as well. Hope I can finally have a coughing-free night and get back to some exercise soon.
