Mulai hari ini back on track.. OCD + clean food 80:20 + defisit kalori.. Dah sebulan defisit kalori+olga gym n jogging tp gak ada hasil.. Bahkan naik BB nya.. Udah jg makan di atas TDEE.. tp tetep gak turun BB/BODY FAT nya..
