definitely expect quite a bit of water weight gain the next few days. I am finding adding the potassium is helping with the knotting up of my calf muscles so I am carefully adding that. I still feel dehydrated even though I drink a ton of water. I have been having a tightening in my legs which I am not sure what it is. Coffee loosens them up for about 6 hours. very interesting but the side effects are not great. Second cup really is not great when I dosed again I did not take sugar the second time. I may try the 5 hour and see if it is the caffeine or the actual coffee.
Fasted pretty much all day except for the coffee and eating a regular dinner tonight. roast chicken with all the fixings. I don't think I have a problem with potato's as I have tested it a couple times this week, so we will see how I do on chicken. Hopefully I will not have any bad reaction. fingers crossed.
No exercise, pretty much stay in bed on a heating pad except doing my fish work. Taking it easy and trying to figure this all out. Procedure tomarrow and since they forgot to send me my labwork I will be asking for it when I get there. doctor is the following week once the procedures are viewed.
