Well no changes on eating and i actually been more active in the last couple of days i swear my scale is possessed 😮🤔 starting a fast tomorrow i did ok at a 24hr fast aiming for a 36hr need to have a kick start in order to get to 150 lbs my short goal is to loose the 6.2 lbs by Sept 7th . Ill do a cleanse also wish me luck !
166.2 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
