I should add, a lot of my weight loss the first couple of weeks was fluid. I was in the hospital 18 days in March for cellulitis, and being on bed rest and receiving treatment helped to get the ball rolling again toward better health. I was in pretty dire straits when i was admitted. I went from 582 to 523 during that time and i really don't know how much of that was even fat. I had a lot of edema.
