Still staying slightly lower than set weight within daily - weekly fluctuations. Had a very memorable eight day buddies golf trip that kept me fairly busy the last week, we walked and carried our clubs all the days we played 18 and rode carts on the days we played 36 (three days). Hit over 20k steps on one of the days. Nice trip, great comraderie, scenery and courses. Met up with my better half a few days ago for another friend's destination wedding (their second). Went to the local gym this morning for an endurance bike ride and managed to stumble into an eight am spin class...first spin class for me, but it was a hoot and pushed me more than if I was "riding" by myself. Already looking forward to a couple more before we go back home.

Thanks Misty, Amanda, Rjdanger and Jimmie...just heading to the gym to burn off a few adult beverages from yesterday. I LOVE working out (training) while on Vacation..."recovery napping" is very much on my post work out agenda. :-)
