started diet log with what I consider a "healthy" breakfast...so many calories, so many carbs :(
Listed my goals and wrote out some of my favorite recipes with calories, carbs, proteins, and fat listed out. I think this will help me see where I'm going wrong.
My first goal is no more store bought sodas and start watching the numbers. This will help me set up a baseline so I can reduce from here.
Started seriously looking at bariatric surgery pre and post op diets so I can get used to the idea of what I will need to be eating.
