Ugh rough day at work I really don’t want to go to the gym again. Went this morning for a quick 30 minutes with plans to return but just don’t want to 😑

Remember, you don't necessarily have to perform 2-a-days to be successful.... One good performance can suffice. Hoping 4 a better day tomorrow for you !!!! ;)

Thanks guys I didn’t go to the gym but I did do a round of stretches and a couple sets of crunches so I don’t feel too guilty

That’s the spirit! LOL 🙋🏻I have a routine at home as well, though I prefer the gym. They have a spa! LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️
