I'm having a bad day with emotional eating. I'm dreading going to dinner tonight with the in-laws. I had no self control at lunch. I hope dinner is somewhere that I hate to eat. Ugh! I really need to keep track of how often I see his family and how it affects my weight loss. I really think this is a huge obstacle for me.

Aww - hang in there. I tell myself no fried foods, no red meat and no alcohol. This way I choose veggies and some sort of healthy protein source. I KNOW it is hard and you know what to order - just don't let the in-laws "Win" over your health.
