Just wanted to update my FS family, thank you for all of your sweet thoughts and prayers.
The cancer doctor just called my Mother-in-law to tell her that they were able to get it all out during surgery and the tests they ran show that there is no sign of it traveling. So, she is cancer free! Such great news. I hope you all have a beautiful day.
I ran last night and did a little arms and abs. Going to a friend's for dinner, have a going away party tomorrow night, and then heading up north for an NBA game Saturday. That leaves no time for exercise for a few days, yipes! Better watch the intake.
Could use some thoughts and prayers for safety over the weekend, there is some unrest at the Capitol and we will be in the heart of it.
