Add a wonderful keto dinne4 with roasted chicken breast, cauliflower tots and spinach I had the crazy munchies and had some fancy dark chocolate...but get ver6 sick like food poisoning, so I threw up 5 times until 8 was totally empty. Water to calm it down.
