So I'm feeling really tired for two days in a row, and it's having a negative impact on my weight loss & diet. Plus, the DH is up a couple pounds to 206. We adopted a new dog, and she kept us up all night from whining, ugh! Will try to get to bed by 10pm tonight, and hope she does better. Time to remind myself why I want to lose weight. I came up with this list a few weeks ago, maybe you'll like some of these:
12 Reasons to Lose Weight
1. I want to be strong and healthy.
2. I want to be attractive and happy with myself.
3. I want to be independent as I age and not have to rely on others to take care of me.
4. I want to be comfortable in my own skin.
5. I need to feel like I've accomplished something.
6. I want to be able to run longer distances and run faster.
7. I want to feel like I'm in control of my food instead of food controlling me.
8. I want to look better naked.
9. I want to buy new clothes because the old ones are too big.
10. I want to feel good after a meal and not sick because I fed my body junk.
11. I want my body to show all of the hard work I've put into it.
12. I want to be able to pick up my granddaughter for another year or two!
Yeah, that last one is the most important one for me!
